Amenities
We will have multiple food vendors and washrooms on-site, including accessible washrooms, hand washing stations. There will be designated parking for vendors and guests.
Payment Options
Most of our vendors are cash only, however some may have payment options available. There is NO ATM on site. Closest ATM is 10 minutes away located in Alderville or Warkworth.
Policies
No Dogs
- We love dogs, however for safety of vendors property, our own and other visitors we ask you not to bring your furry friends along.
No Smoking
- Smoking of any sort is not allowed anywhere on the Show premises – in accordance with the Smoke-Free Ontario Act.
No Alcohol
- No alcohol on premises.
About Our Chosen Charity:
We always have a bigger purpose at heart with anything we do and it usually involves animals. Our Show will not have an entry fee but instead a donation box that you can choose to donate to but are not obligated.
Primrose Donkey Sanctuary is near and dear to our hearts because that is where we have adopted our rescue donkeys from. They are dedicated to the rescue, protection, and rehabilitation of abused, neglected and unwanted donkeys, mules and hinnies. Currently they have over 60 animals at their Sanctuary and are taking on more every month. Donations and fundraisers like this is how they are able to provide the best care for each individual donkeys needs.
** Please note no Donkeys will be at show or available to meet. Our animals comfort and safety come first and the size of Show is not conducive to maintain and manage them in this environment. Thank you for understanding.
