Want to Join the Largest Outdoor Vintage Show in Northumberland?
Northumberland Vintage Show is one of the largest outdoor curated Vintage Shows in Ontario. Our first show brought in around 1800 shoppers from all over Ontario. We have the capacity to host over 150+ vendors in a fenced and secure field of over 6+ acres.

Please note: In order to be confirmed as a vendor you must receive an acceptance letter from us.
Vendor Policies:
- Vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Vendors MUST promote the event on their social media.
- Space sharing is NOT permitted without advance permission.
- Vendors are responsible for bringing what they need for set up. (Tents/Chairs/Tables are not supplied)
- Vendors MUST stay within their allotted space.
- Dogs ARE NOT permitted at the show.
- Fires or open flames are NOT permitted.
- Power is ONLY available to food vendors
- Vendors MUST be present at least 30 minutes before the Show opens to the public.
- Vendors are required to ensure their booth is staffed at all times.
- Early load-out is NOT permitted.
- Vendor area must be free of waste and garbage before leaving.
- Vendors, products, and table displays may be photographed. Photographs taken may be used for promotional purposes.
- Items must be curated vintage; 25 years or older
- Artisan vendors must be handmade.
- There is NO WiFi.
- There is NO ATM, we are encouraging shoppers to bring cash or vendors who have a card reader to make sure they have appropriate data.
- NO smoking/vaping on premises.
- NO alcohol.
Vendor FAQ:
Q: If I'm staying overnight can I bring my camper?
A: Unfortunately we are not permitting campers on-site. Vendors are given their booth space and some additional space around their booth to put up a tent or they can opt to sleep in vehicle.
Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: We are not permitting animals at the Show for guests or vendors.
Q: Will there be Wi-Fi?
A: We are in a rural area, we suggest having a good data plan if you are taking payments through methods such as Square reader.
