No. Animals are not permitted at the Show. While we love dogs, this policy is in place to protect vendors’ property, our own property, and the safety of all visitors and our visiting donkey ambassador.
No. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the Show premises, in accordance with the Smoke-Free Ontario Act. Alcohol is also not permitted on the premise.
Most vendors accept cash only. Some vendors may offer additional payment options, such as square. There is NO ATM on-site. The closest ATMs are approximately 10 minutes away in Alderville or Warkworth. We strongly encourage shoppers to bring cash.

No. Vendor fees are non-refundable.
Space sharing is not permitted without advance approval from the event organizers. Please reach out prior to applying. Once approval is given, please make sure you add names and business names of both vendors in application. All vendors are expected to promote on social media.
Booth space only. Vendors are responsible for bringing all setup items, including tents, tables, chairs, and displays. Power is available to food vendors only.
Vendors must be on-site at least 30 minutes before the Show opens to the public. Early load-out is not permitted and vendor spaces must be left clean and free of garbage and waste before departure.
Vendors can set-up and stay the night before the show. Campers are not permitted on-site. Vendors may set up a tent within their allotted area or sleep in their vehicle. The field is secure for vendors to leave items overnight, however we are not liable for stolen or damaged items.
Will Wi-Fi be available?
No. Wi-Fi is not available. Vendors using card readers (such as Square) should ensure they have a reliable data plan.
Is there an ATM on-site?
No. There is no ATM on-site. Vendors should plan accordingly. The closest ATMs are approximately 10 minutes away in Alderville or Warkworth. We strongly encourage shoppers to bring cash.
